This hotel offers great value for money with affordable prices and attention to detail. The location near the theme park makes it convenient for families and there's a nice ikan bakar restaurant nearby. The staffs provide excellent service and the basic amenities in the rooms with twin beds are satisfactory. The seaview is a lovely bonus and the breakfast provided adds the perfect start to the day.

Quiet and cosy. Good for a relaxing holiday with our family.

Check in time. Although the check in time is 2 pm if the rooms are available, we should be allowed to check in. We pay for one day but only get to use the facilities for 22 hours (check in at 2pm n check at 12 noon the next day). Its unfair to the guests.

The room faced the sea. Brilliant place for a city break in Lumut.

I recently had a great stay at a hotel near to a really nice ikan bakar restaurant. The hotel's location was perfect for exploring Pangkor Island, and the seafood restaurant nearby was a definite highlight. The room I stayed in had a nice view, and I particularly enjoyed waking up to the beautiful sea view every morning. The hotel's basic amenities were sufficient, and I was pleased to find a double bed in my room. Additionally, the breakfast provided was satisfactory and gave me a good start to the day.

Nothing to like. Many dislike.

The facilities are very old, staffs are not competent to provide satisfactory service. Extra blanket is chargeable, furniture are way too simple. Not worth the money. We check out the very next day.

food & beverage during breakfast were not satisfying........the management did not served enough food for all the guest..... i turn up to the cafe at 9.00 am and the food was almost finished.......only after 15 minutes later the staff served fried mee and fried rice

This hotel has a great location, with several food outlets nearby and a fantastic seafood restaurant just a short walk away. the waterpark is a hit, even if the water is greenish in colour. the theme park is also worth visiting. the rooms and bathrooms are clean and well-maintained. the breakfast is delicious, with a wide range of options. the view from the rooms is stunning, with beautiful scenery all around. Plus, the staff is friendly and attentive, providing great service. the facilities are excellent, including a spacious swimming pool and a gym.

The lift can be quite confusing to navigate.

The room facilities like towels, spoon for tea/coffee was not provided upon checked in. The hotel shoul do the basic checklist for room inventory.

good location and nice place but need maintanence such as painting to grooming back the hotel.need to train housekeeping staff how to clean the room as i find out spider trap and cigarette butt in my room without clearing by housekeeping.need to put a relaxing chair t swimming pool and to tidy up fitness centre.

Location-wise, the place is very accessible, and it has a great view of the surroundings, which is perfect for relaxation. the hotel offers great deals and packages for the holiday season, which is a plus factor. They also provide a shuttle service to nearby areas, which is convenient.

I stayed 3d2n at 3 bedroom apartment at 7th floor. Fair cleanliness, no broom provided in room. Shower / bathroom water pressure very damn slow. Swimming pool too small. Breakfast not many choices. Tv channel poor reception. Hall only have 1 fan and no airconditioner. Hall shld have 2 ceiling fan I.e at dining and living.

The seafood restaurant, tasty food, comfortable room, great location & view, good breakfast, good room facilities.

The Hotel's staff are okay. The facilities are old and do not kept cleaned. The housekeeping should make sure all facilities in the room especially in the restroom are well kept and cleaned at all times.
